Riyadh – Mubasher: Sadr Logistics Company has appointed Muhammad Abdullah Al Samaani as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 16 September.
The company also appointed Bandar Muhammad Al Samaani to be the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the company for the same term, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Both officials will assume their position until 15 September 2024.
